Really enjoyed it.

Discovering SQL Stored procedures.

Anything you didn't enjoy?

typing in pages of printed SQL statements to see what they do.

Broadly speaking yes.

What were the highlights of what you learned?

SQL Stored Procedures, adding foreign key definitions to DB, uses for different storage engines.
