design own forum, set up and customise oscommerce shop.

Reasonable difference, things moving in the right direction.

Your general comment on likely business benefit:

Improved effiencies in updating and maintaining web site. Financial benefits in customising free php driven software as opposed to paying a subscription for our current on line shop..
