Did you enjoy the course?

Really enjoyed it.

What aspects you enjoyed the most?

Very practical and hands on, actually showed me how to do things as opposed to just skirting round the theory which is all I got on the e-marketing course I did with the CIM..

Anything you didn't enjoy?

I found some members of the group dominated with their personal business issues which made the course run a bit behind schedule..

Did you learn the skills you needed?

Yes completely.

What were the highlights of what you learned?

I really liked the good practice structures such as Veloso , eyetracker and the crib sheets for assessing websites..

Did anything hinder your learning?

In what ways are you beginning to think differently?

I now think much more holistically about websites and realise that ‘content is king’ it is important to have a conversation with your customers not just wow them with fancy graphics. I also found the Linear path a very useful tool as it made me realise that if I don’t understand the process my customers have to go through to make a purchase they are not going to understand it either..

Yes definitely.

When are you likely to apply your new skills?

Within a week.

What are your short term plans for applying the learning? (1-12 weeks)

I have already applied my new skills writing an e-shot that was very well received..

What are your long term plans for applying the learning? (13+ weeks)

Not sure at present.

What difference is the course likely to make to you or your business?

Big difference, skills gap significantly addressed.

More effective at generating interest and appointments from e-shots.
